Description:
This customer-facing role is integral to the centralized shopping cart process, invoice reconciliation, and overall governance within IS. The role involves supporting both SRM and Ariba systems to create shopping carts, track their progress to completion, and reconcile invoices. Additionally, the role includes managing 1-2 shared mailboxes to respond to stakeholder and supplier inquiries regarding cart/PO and invoice status.
Key Responsibilities:
Create shopping cart requests in SAP and Ariba.
Maintain the ServiceNow shopping cart portal with the status of carts.
Update an Excel budget tracker with cart/PO information.
Provide overall customer support by interacting with requestors.
Collaborate with Genpact/AP teams.
Manage multiple mailboxes in Outlook.
Offer general support around POs, shopping carts, and internal IS processes.
Match invoices to associated quotes and POs.
Work with suppliers to address discrepancies and follow appropriate steps to resolve them.
Verify receipt of equipment and/or services with business owners.
