As a Logis IDS Member, Significant knowledge of the Ambulance Transport business including Emergent, Non-Emergent & NMET transportation. Logis Team Members are responsible for helping with the day-to-day Logis investigations, providing feedback and applying configuration changes as needed. Assist in creating training videos for end users as well as keeping documentation of all configuration changes/updates. UAT as well as testing updates/changes prior to putting in the live environment. Handling Monday.com inquiries as well as Logis Team email inquiries. Assisting the Logis Team with additional software implementations, roll outs and upgrades.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform daily Logis configuration changes
Ability to configure Polygons, POI’s, Geocoding, Road Closures, etc.
com board submissions
Assist with testing changes/updates in Logis Pre-Prod
Assist with UAT testing
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Thoroughly investigate daily Logis functionality issues and apply changes as needed
Create detailed training videos
Keep detailed documentation for all Logis changes/updates
Assist with entering facilities and crew members into Zoll
Develop effective solutions
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess critical thinking skills
Report all necessary information back to the Logis Team
Ability to travel
Ability to log in from home to assist at any time (on call)
Ability to work overtime
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Familiarity with the Logis Application ecosystem, LMA, Datawarehouse, Mobile Gateway, Integrations, Portal, Booking, etc.
Ability to type 30 wpm or better
Organizational skills
Understanding of Computer functionality
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI
