What You Will Do
As an Engineering Manager youll lead a team to complete projects of
varying complexity from start to finish. Your strong communication
skills will inspire and drive the team to overcome challenges and
achieve results. Youll collaborate closely with product management,
business development, HR, and engineering peers to shape project
strategies and develop talent. By blending strategic insight with
technical expertise, youll enhance team performance and contribute to
the companys financial success. Key responsibilities include:
Driving Project Success
– Direct department activities to design new products, refine existing
designs, and improve processes.
– Manage key projects, applying your expertise to drive successful
outcomes.
– Partner with internal and external organizations (e.g., standards
bodies, quality teams, product management, CoE groups) to align on
product roadmaps, standards, and policies.
Administration
– Oversee administrative functions including hiring, staff
development, performance evaluations, and compensation adjustments.
Optimizing Group Performance
– Monitor and report on status and key performance metrics.
– Identify opportunities to boost team results.
Employee Experience and Development
– Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, collaboration, and
employee engagement.
– Establish development plans that align with employee goals and the
future needs of the team.
What You Will Bring
– Required Degree: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
– Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years.
– Management experience.
– Project Management skills.
– Understanding of product development.

– The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 –
$135,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a
general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills,
experience, qualifications, as well as market and business
considerations.
