Our client near Belleville, IL is looking to add a Quality Technician to their team for a contract to hire opportunity! This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a background in Quality Inspection that have used quality measurement tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, special gauges, tensile testers, etc.

responsibilities:

Offer insights during the review and update of inspection plans for fabricated components and finished products.

Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions aimed at minimizing internal process scrap.

Ensure scrap is reported promptly.

Conduct daily audits, inspections, and reliability tests as outlined in the inspection plans.

Seek guidance from the Quality Engineer as needed.
