Front Desk Receptionist

We are growing and looking for a talented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! If you are passionate about logistics and consistently go out of your way to learn and master new skills, we want you on our team!

PAY: Up to $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

HOURS: Monday-Friday; 7:30AM-4:00PM

LOCATION: 13930 Missouri Bottom Rd. Bridgeton, Missouri 63044

TITLE: Front Desk Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Courteously answering and responding to phone calls

Receiving mail and incoming shipments; forwarding to appropriate parties and departments

Address matters and requests from clients, employees and visitors

General administrative activities including maintaining calendar, coordinating mailings, operating and maintaining office equipment, processing printing and copy requests

Assisting HR with new hire process

Create badges and complete badge request

Assist with gather information for expense reports

Order and maintain inventory for office supplies

Help keep corporate lobby clean and take care of plant life

Assist with special events

Assist with other office tasks as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work onsite daily

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions

Familiarity with office equipment

Exercise excellent judgment, care, and discretion with confidential information

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and

Have excellent attention to detail

Regular and reliable attendance

providing exemplary customer service

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a general office

Experience working with Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Trucking preferred

Strong skills with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly

This position reports to the CFO.
