Engineer

As a truck body manufacturer focusing on dump trucks we are committed to superior quality products and excellent customer service, we are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our values and commitment to excellence.Youll be a main driving force on the team to streamlining or current products and future innovations and reverse engineering. The position will have forward thinking and strong mechanical skills and knowledge. Will evaluate the firms practices and procedures, software, analyze costs and taxes, operating policies, trends, and increased profit opportunities for multiple entities. Ideal candidates are self-starters that bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, business planning awareness, attention to detail, common sense, and keen organization skills to the workplace. Position will work closely with the company CEO and be part of the executive management team.

Responsibilities:

Experience in CAD system such as Alibre to put our current designs and models into digital form – work with team to develop new products – ability to reverse engineer other products and develop that into production drawings – ability to Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications – Program CAM software for efficient machining operations – Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure part accuracy – Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments effectively – Implement Lean manufacturing principles for optimized production processes
