We are seeking a Railyard Train Supervisor that will be responsible for effective and efficient coordinating of inbound/ outbound units are loaded onto the train and ensure proper handling.

Responsibilities

Railyard Train Supervisor

Scheduling and Management of rail yard staff.

Coordinating and preparing the railcars for loading and unloading.

Check and Verify unit numbers on all inbound and outbound trains.

Coordinate the movements of both Switch and Ramp crews to identify situations that require problem solving to achieve efficient flow of the yard.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred, this is an indoor desk position..

Open availability, facility runs 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to work rotating 12 hour shifts, texas two step and alternating days to nights.

Proficiency in typing, mathematical knowledge, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills.
