The role you’ll contribute: The Behavioral Health (BH) Program Coordinator will coordinate services for the treatment of depression and obsessive compulsive disorder through the use of the TMS device. Oversight of the program is prominent. Collaborating with the referring provider, engaging in direct patient care and administering therapeutic treatment under the direction of the provider/psychiatrist are primary position responsibilities.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Per training guidelines, administers TMS procedure while monitor physical and emotional symptoms during procedure.

· Verifies insurance coverage and completes pre-certification process for services prior to initiating treatment.

· Maintains and completes all referrals for services.

· Manages and analyzes referral data and presents information to providers and administration.

· Actively communicates appreciation to referral sources.

· Initiates appropriate protocols related to medical intervention.

Qualifications

Completion of TMS clinical training within 90 days of employment.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology or related field

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training (may obtain during first 90 days of employment)

BLS (may obtain in the first 90 days of employment

Oversight of other BH program technicians who have completed training; viewed as the lead technician
