Job Description
Final Assemblers are responsible for calibrating units and addressing any calibrating problems in the final assembly. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions:
– Pre-calibration, read special calibrating sheets
– Build and calibrate all units from 100-700 series
– Read blueprints and ISO procedures
– Work from a bill of material
– Knowledge of all model options
– Knowledge of torque wrench charts
– Work with Application Engineer on special calibrations
– Communicate with Sub-Weld, Sub-Assembly, and Quality Control
– Perform all other functions/responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
– Maintain cooperative working relationships with company employees

Work Environment
Manufacturing with assembly, machining, and welding departments split up amongst the building. Shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm Mon-Thurs, 6:00am – 10:00am Fri.
