PAYMENT OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP
Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Payment Operations department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Assisting with data entry and analysis
Engaging with multiple departments to learn regulatory requirements and best practices for all payment channels
Collaborating with team members to understand project goals and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions
Requirements for the position include:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Effective planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to use resources to maintain accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Knowledge or use of MS365 Office Suite, including Word templates and Excel pivot tables
