COMPLIANCE INTERN

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in Corporate Compliance. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

Providing support to the Bank’s Compliance Administrators who oversee regulatory compliance bank-wide including deposit, advertising, lending, Bank Secrecy Act, and fraud compliance.

Learning regulatory requirements and assisting with data entry and analysis.

Observing the advisory role Corporate Compliance serves in Bank projects and initiatives.

Requirements for the position include:

A high school diploma (or equivalent)

Ability to use resources to maintain accuracy with a strong attention to detail and meeting. deadlines.

Effective planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge or use of MS365 Office Suite, including Word templates and Excel pivot tables
