Beacon Hills client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a temp real estate

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington state or
California

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Hours: This position will likely be closer to full-time, but not
always 40 hours/week

Concurrent employment is not permitted

Requirements:

– 4 years of real estate attorney experience
– Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence
(CA or WA)
– Experience with construction contracting and real estate development
preferred
– Familiarity with drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale
agreements
– Familiar with standard real estate terms
– Comfortable with technology
