Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. overtime as needed including weekends. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts day or night during harvest.

Job Summary: Responsible for (operation and) general cleaning and sanitation of the dryer areas and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Responsible for moving operating elevators and conveyors to move rice. Also responsible for loading and dumping of trucks and maintenance as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be willing and able to periodically lift and carry up to 100 lbs. of rice up to 10 feet several times per day.

Must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment provided by the company.

Must be willing and able to use push buttons to operate elevators and conveyors to move rough rice.

Must be willing and able to climb, bend, stoop, twist and turn throughout the day.

Must be willing and able to do clean up using brooms, scoop, and air wands.

Must be willing and able to be trained to use (heavy equipment, loaders, and trucks) and pass in-house program.

Must be willing and able to work in various climates, both indoors and outdoors.

Must be willing and able to work at heights exceeding 100 ft.

Must be able to speak and understand basic oral commands in English.
