Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of the organizations IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage.
– Manage environments running Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki, VMWare esxi, Hyper-V Clustering, and Snaplogic.
– Ensure high availability and reliability of systems and applications.

[Cyber Security and Compliance:]{open=”” sans”,=”” sans-serif”=””}

– Implement and manage robust security protocols using Microsoft Defender, Tenable Vulnerability Management, and KnowBe4 to mitigate security risks.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
– Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to address potential threats.

Lead cross-functional IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service delivery.
