Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our industrial packaging facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for routine and emergency repairs.

Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.

Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Training: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; proficiency in using maintenance management software.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
