Academy Fire Life Safety is seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk specializing in meeting the low voltage needs for retail national accounts and multi-site clients. This position is responsible for Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Shipping and Tracking of orders.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Equipment purchases with multiple vendors

Shipping material using FedEx and/or UPS

Receiving shipments from FedEx and UPS and Freight

Staging Job materials and Service materials in appropriate locations

Maintaining a good working relationship with all Departments within Academy Fire.

Requirements:

Experience in the Security/Fire Alarm Industry

Experience with equipment purchasing

Detail oriented, results driven, energetic personality

Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to multi-task

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to endure hot and cold weather

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Great oral and written communication

Must have valid state issued Drivers License

Flexible to take on new challenges and responsibilities
