About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Management Leader who will be responsible for supporting a key business services horizontal function, focusing on key business functions: executive communication. The key stakeholders this role will support are the head of TCOO (Technology for the Chief Operations Office), their direct reports, and Chiefs of Staff, with extended responsibilities covering all team members. This leader will need to work in a highly matrixed environment, and support and coordinate with both internal and external horizontal and vertical partners to drive efficient operation of the organization. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on solving complex technology, business and process problems.
In this role, you will:
Oversee management routines in the development of content orchestration for executive presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategy, outcomes, and progress
Manage and develop a specialized Technology Business Services team with a focus on delivering moderate to high complexity service for cross functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by utilizing research and data in addition to in depth understanding of organizational goals, priorities, and technology while developing executable strategies and plans
Lead innovation initiatives, identifying new opportunities and leading transformative projects that enhance TCOO
Lead Technology Business Services team by making strategic decisions to resolve complex issues to meet high risk deliverables with fast turnaround
Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for technology business functions with moderate to high level of complexity and risk
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including technology industry leaders, financial industry leaders, analysts, and regulators, as well as interact directly with more experienced leadership and executive management
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Develop and implement operational plans that align with business objectives while maintaining focus on scalability and agility
Required Qualifications:
8 years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4 years of Management experience
6 years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools
6 years of senior leadership experience collaborating at the executive level
5 years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies

Ability to synthesize complex technology plans into executive level communications with business language
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries
Experience with user centered design principles
Experience navigating through ambiguity
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Job Expectations:
Communicate with, challenge, and influence executives in both technology and the business, as well as third parties which may be critical to delivery.
Support communications content & channel management activities such as town halls, newsletters, executive level presentations and strategy decks
Drive all business routines such as the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and MBO goal setting
Coordinate key leadership events such as Leadership offsites, guest speakers, on location site visits
Support group SharePoint identity management, change management messaging, and support of general group communications
Build strong internal relationships while working in a highly visible, fast paced environment.

Salary:
$173,300-$359,900 (all posted locations)

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 – $359,900.00
