The Chief of Staff CDTO (Chief Data and Technology Organization), and is global in scope and has additional accountability for helping managing the implementation of the CTO Technology Strategy.

In this role, you will:

– Serve as a strategic member of the Technology Organization leadership team.
– Focus on assisting overall strategy delivery, financial planning, change management, program management and talent development.
– Enable structures, metrics, governance, drive transformation and build an environment of IT effectiveness and higher performance across the CTO in the following areas:
– Program Management (Planning and Operations):
QBR and Dashboard reporting for CTO, Demand Management, Annual Business Planning, Scorecard Development, Project and Portfolio Management
, CTO Expense Management.
– Manage detailed expense management across all teams.
– In close partnership with the DTS finance team, deliver annual/monthly forecast management process and manage the messaging, call to action, reductions.
– Keep score cards of total spend, total spend optimization, cost reduction, run costs growth; ABP/Capex/Opex
Management.
– Lead Change Management and Communications for CDTO.
– In
partnership with DTS leadership and HR, develop the K-C Digital University, build and facilitate the execution of talent development plans.

In one of our

– Bachelors in IT, Marketing, or related field and
10 years of progressive work experience in IT, Strategy, Project Management or similar areas
– Skilled in application delivery, client relationship management, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, and collaboration.
– Experience with budgets, financial tracking, and cost optimization.
– Demonstrated experience and understanding of CPG and/or technology, eCommerce and in ustry dynamics
– Ability to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization
– Skilled in communication through presentation of strategy to different levels of the organization
