Topgolf

The primary duty is the proper and timely installation of the equipment that is part of the Toptracer Range ball tracking system. This duty includes proper measurement and calibration of the system with the support while on the job site. In addition, there will be some training of new site personnel and support visits to those sites if they have problems with their system.

Job Responsibilities

Travel to new customer locations (golf ranges) to install the Toptracer golf ball tracking system. Training of site staff is included in this job. (65% of time)

Travel to existing customers and Topgolf venues on support visits. Normally to fix existing equipment or to re-measure the field. (15% of time)

Travel to a Toptracer Live event to do the setup, calibration, total station measurements, support, and breakdown at the end of the event. (5% of time)

Travel to a Toptracer Tour Range event to do the setup, calibration, total station measurements, support, and breakdown at the end of the event. (5% of time)

Give input in the product roadmap based on your experience in the field. (5% of time)

Update your site paperwork and expense reports. (5% of time)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma

Equivalent years of experience acceptable: Yes

Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration (Preferred)

1 Years of Construction, Building, or Handyman Experience

1 Year of Knowledge of Golf (Preferred)

1 Year of Carpentry Skills (Preferred)

1 Year of Networking and Cabling Knowledge (Preferred)

1 Year of Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)

1 Year of Computer Programming Knowledge (Preferred)

Windows Computer Skills

Ability to use the computer for JIRA, Confluence, Concur, and Slack messaging

Ability to work on a team

Friendly disposition and the ability to communicate with the customer and your teammates
