Service Porter

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team at our dealership. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

– Assist customers with their vehicles by parking, retrieving, and delivering them

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including the showroom and customer waiting areas

– Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles and checking tire pressure

– Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow

– Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

– Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

– Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience

– Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

– Previous experience as a delivery driver prefeered

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others

– Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
