Here is what this career looks like:

You will start as a technician-in-training with the goal of quickly becoming a certified service technician.

Training:(TeachShowObserve) We want you to get up to speed as quick as possible on our services, safety, using ladders, driving a company vehicle, daily checklists and other systems and processes. WellTEACH you through our video Learning Modular System, then our Crew Leads willSHOWyou during field training and lastly,OBSERVEyou as you demonstrate what youve learned until youre ready to be on your own. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly.

Our Cleaning Services:window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft house washing and solar panel cleaning.

Safetyis our #1 priority, and we wont have you do anything unsafe or without the right equipment.

Equipment and Uniforms:Youll be provided your own work belt with the necessary tools along with your initial uniforms to include a company hat and 3 Polos with the company logo.

Advancement:Once youre proficient at our services, systems and processes youll be given the opportunity to advance to a Senior Technician, then an Assistant Crew Lead and Crew Lead.

Experience:If you have experience we may start you at a higher hourly starting pay and quickly work towards your training for a crew manager. If you have limited or no experience we will start you at our beginning starting hourly pay and give you increases as your training progresses.

(Must be able to lift over 90 lbs. easily and be able to carry ladders safely. Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on ladders typically 14-24 ft.)
