– Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
– Greet customers entering establishment.
– Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
– Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
– Answer customers questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
– Request information or assistance, using paging systems.
– Help customers find the location of products.
– Process merchandise returns and exchanges.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience: No experience necessary
