[GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
[Keeps offices, bathrooms, change rooms, breakrooms, and common areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

1. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, bathrooms, common areas and office space.
2. Empties light trash and light garbage containers.
3. Cleans bathrooms.
4. Wipes down counters, tables, and chairs in breakrooms. Cleans microwave, coffee machine. Runs and empties dishwasher. Replenishes supplies in breakroom (paper towels, soap, coffee grounds and condiments, etc.)
5. Sanitizes frequently touched surfaces: door handles, water fountains, elevator buttons, staircase railings, etc.
6. Notifies management concerning need for repairs or changes to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
[Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

[ DUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One year general work experience or equivalent education.
[COMMUNICATION SKILLS
[Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
