Job Description
The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding clients product or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Asa Customer ServiceRepresentative, you will:
– Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
– Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that arenon-standard/unstructuredand require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
– Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
– Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
– Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
– Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for ourCustomer Service Representativerole include:
– High school diploma with six plus months of customer service experience preferred.
– Seeking English and Bilingual Spanish/English speaking representatives.
– Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
– Ability to effectively communicate in chat and verbal skills.
– Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
– Ability to multi-task and work in a high stress level environment.
– Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
– Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
– Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
