Part-Time Operations Manager – Construction Project Management
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our construction management team. This role will involve assisting with project coordination, documentation and resource management to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Project Support
:Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines and budgets.
– Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, schedules and progress notes
– Communication: Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors and clients
– Scheduling: Assist in scheduling Labor, equipment, and materials needed for ongoing projects
Qualifications:
– Experience: [6mo.] of experience in construction project management or related operations.
– Skills:
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Familiarity with project management software
– Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekly schedule
Monday to Friday (No weekends)
8:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Wages: DOE
