– Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff, including chefs and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
– Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
