#### Responsibilities
– As an Assistant Team Leader, you will provide leadership for the successful operation of the front-end of the store, ensuring a passionate retail sales team delivers a great customer experience
– You will have the chance to lead a dedicated team while making a significant impact on the customer experience in-store
– Assist the Store Team Leader in managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction
– Provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences
– Ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations
– Maintain the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building
– Assign daily tasks to associates and ensure productivity
– Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store as needed
– Assist with the hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
– Complete additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
