Evaluates academic records of students to determine eligibility for graduation or for admission to college, university or graduate school. Examines complex issues and/or international issues, makes independent decisions, and uses discretionary judgment in matters of significance.

Major/Essential Functions:
Provide excellent customer service related to students, faculty, and staff at TTU.
Maintain transfer institution course inventory and equivalencies.
Evaluate transcripts for prospective and current students.
Complete SalesForce reporting and manage department email. Complete Dashboard form maintenance and monitoring.
Analyze processes within TEO and make recommendations for improved processes or products for efficient completion of TEO tasks.
Support the Office of the Registrar by assisting other areas when needed.
