Systems Analyst – Information Technology

OVERVIEW

Merrick & Company is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our
Information Technology Services team, taking on innovative and collaborative
projects at our Greenwood Village (Denver Metro), CO location. On a case
by case basis, Merrick offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility
to work from home and in the office.
WHAT YOULL DO

Ensure system functionality and user access, enabling accurate and efficient
data processing.
Maintain various Merrick systems, including financial and HRIS systems.
Troubleshoot system issues, acting as a liaison between users and
Information Systems to provide timely resolutions.
Manage multiple projects, staying flexible to handle tasks at different
stages of completion and complexity.
Deliver quality customer service by understanding user needs and recommending
effective techniques.
Comprehend business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
Support routine Information Systems tasks.
Contribute significantly to the Information Systems team by participating in
special projects and task forces.
Provide training and support to users
Embody the organizations mission, values, philosophy, and culture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in application support, system analysis, and design.
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook.
Ability to create and format documents, analyze data, design
presentations, and manage emails efficiently.
Microsoft Windows environment
SQL Proficiency:
Crafting complex queries, designing and implementing stored procedures
Understanding transaction control to ensure data integrity.
Familiarity with the following applications:
Deltek Costpoint or similar financial applications
UKG or similar HRIS applications
Basic understanding of accounting functions
Communication and Work Skills:
Collaborate effectively across diverse employee groups, fostering teamwork.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring organized and timely completion.
Show initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Address challenges with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
Be a reliable self-starter and quick learner with strong organizational
skills.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through sharp communication,
organization, and coordination.
Apply analytical skills to project methodologies, standards, and solutions.
Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.
