About the RoleAs an SAP Security Support Specialist, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the security and integrity of our SAP systems. You will be
responsible for managing and maintaining SAP security controls, analyzing
and mitigating risks, and supporting the overall security strategy of the
organization. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP security
principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for SAP security-related
incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing any impact on business
operations.

Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations to
enforce appropriate access controls.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of SAP security settings to identify and
address potential vulnerabilities or compliance issues.

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand security
requirements and translate them into effective SAP security configurations.

Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends, industry best practices,
and compliance regulations to enhance the security posture of the
organization.

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies,
procedures, and guidelines specific to SAP systems.

Participate in security assessments and audits, providing documentation and
evidence as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related
field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP security administration, including
role design, user provisioning, and access control.

In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including user management,
authorization objects, and role-based access control.

Hands on knowledge of SAP Fiori Security

Proficiency in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and
security administration.

Strong understanding of SAP security best practices and compliance standards
(e.g., SOX).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.

Ability to prioritize work to meet the critical demands of the business

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various
stakeholders and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Security in SAP
S/4HANA with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business
outcomes.

SAP Security certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate –
System Security).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions, specifically in
an SAP RISE environment.

Experience in conducting security as essments and audits.
