Who we are looking for:
The Loan Administration Associate role assists as needed in various Loan
Administration tasks, including but not limited to tasks such as ensuring
credit reporting accuracy, completing loan level research and document
review, initiating loan level account updates and processing payoff requests
that require manual intervention.
Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
Compensation: $50-60k/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan level data to identify data that requires update prior to
submitting account activity reporting to the credit reporting agencies.
Prepare forms required for data furnishing to the credit reporting agencies.
Complete ad-hoc operational support that includes, research, data entry,
document collection/review as necessary.
Prepare payoff quotes that require manual input prior to being provided to the
requestor.
Complete loan level account updates as requested by customers or required by
loan documents.
Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned
What youll need to be successful:
Some loan servicing experience preferred
Ability to adjust to changing operational needs and work within deadlines
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to follow direction and learn quickly
Must display Personal Accountability
Attention to detail
