We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Trainer to join our team.

As a Trainer, you have strong leadership skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire others. Be part of Abraxas Youth & Family Services and

Trainer Responsibilities:

Assists with developing and implementing comprehensive on-the-job training
programs for new employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
objectives.
Collaborates with department heads and subject matter experts to identify
training needs and create training materials. Familiarity with compliance
requirements related to training and development.
Assists in designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective
training modules using various instructional methods, including classroom
training, hands-on activities, and e-learning platforms.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, making
necessary adjustments to meet organizational needs and improve employee
performance.
Provide regular reports on training progress, including participant feedback
and training evaluation results.
Collaborates with Training Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance
with applicable regulations and policies.
Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity
and equal opportunities for all employees.

Education – associate degree (60 College Credit Hours) and three (3)
years related experience working with children or one (1) year experience
working with at risk children and five (5) years experience working in
a training capacity; bachelors degree preferred.

Certified as an American Heart Association Trainer and SCM trainer.

Wage: $20.00 per hour
