We are looking for a Sales Manager for Americas. This position will be fully remote.

At J2 Innovations, our Sales Managers play a critical role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our partners. They don’t just respond to opportunities; they create them, turning “That sounds interesting!” into real business ventures. Join our team and you’ll gain the freedom and responsibility to manage sales channels autonomously, becoming a trusted partner to our customers and helping us expand the impact of FINSTACK and FIN Framework based products in the Americas.

As the Sales Manager for the Americas , you will be responsible for overseeing sales in the US market, focusing mainly on our FINSTACK product. You will manage our channel partners, such as Distributors , Resellers , and OEMs in the region, and will be instrumental in expanding J2 Innovations’ presence in the market.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maintain relationships with Distributors , Resellers , and OEMs .

Lead strategic growth initiatives for the FINSTACK product across the US.

Build relationships with key customers and maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts.

Drive FINSTACK specifications in target verticals in the Building Automation.

Regularly track and report on sales performance, using our CRM to manage pipeline and customer information.

Set and achieve financial targets in alignment with J2 Innovations’ goals for the Americas.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business , Sales , or a related technical field.

5 years of experience in building automation , HVAC , or related technical sales .

Strong understanding of sales channel management (Mainly Distributors, Resellers and additionally OEMs).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Americas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
