Carpet Cleaning Technician Aprentice: Chem Dry of Northern Utah, Hyde Park Utah $30,000 – $50,000 a year – Full-time, hourly while training option for Commission once training is completed.

The ideal candidate will be sales and customer service oriented with some previous customer service experience. Our Company Vision is to WOW every customer every time – this means going above and beyond to provide excellent and memorable service. This position does require heavy lifting and physical labor as well as sales and incredible customer service skills. Qualifications: Reliable, clean cut, sales, heavy labor is required (must be able to lift 100 pounds), Must have a clean driving record, be insurable and bond-able and be able to pass a background check. Positive attitude required.
Must be flexible and organized and have good communication and customer service skills. Must be detail oriented. Technical and Mechanical skills are a plus. NO CLEANING EXPERIENCE required! We will train. Must have computer and internet access for internet training certifications. Some Saturdays and evenings are required. No overtime hours offered. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE and pass a background test.
Duties: Cleaning carpet, furniture and tile. Managing schedules and paperwork. Networking in the community to grow the business. Sales goals and benchmarks are set and must be consistently reached. We provide training, equipment, vehicle and jobs. You provide OUTSTANDING service to our clients. Pay structure negotiable after training process and certifications completed.
Average technicians make $24-30k per year. Excellent technicians make $40-50k. CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED: Is punctual to each appointment. Builds value and trust with each customer. Demonstrates a desire to serve customers with excellence and to exceed customer expectations. Is friendly, professional and engaging with customers. Creates relationships with the customer through telephone communication on the day of cleaning appointments. DRIVE FOR RESULTS: Sets high standards and is committed to achieving goals.
