POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

This position will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing sales support to the Global Sales Director and sales department.  This position will develop, train and provide support to the distributors.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Work off of leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities and efficiently utilize resources.

Teach and train distributors about the comp plan.

Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Travel to various locations to work with distributors and help them in maximizing sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.  Follow-through and follow-up are essential to providing excellent customer service.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Business and/or 2 plus years of sales experience.  2 plus years direct sales experience a plus.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  

Must have excellent speaking skills.  Must have the ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with other managers, staff, and the public; must be mature, creative, highly motivated, resistant to stress, flexible, decisive, tactful, respectful, and use good judgment, and must have ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supervisors, professional staff members, consultants, agencies, and distributors.

REQUIRED TRAVEL:

Some travel required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position is required to sit, stand and walk; stoop, bend, reach and kneel. Be able to lift from 20 to 25lbs occasionally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Noise, dust, lighting, temperature and physical/ergonomic hazards are typically of those usually found in an office environment.
