What you’ll do:
The Administrative Assistant/Travel Specialist provides assistance to the Regional Supervisor and other site employees. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or staff and ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ACF and ROP established guidelines and standards. This position will handle the responsibilities of travel specialist, booking and scheduling all travel for all caseworkers and clinical staff in each respective region.
To be considered, you should:
Extensive Excel Spreadsheet experience and computer skills.
Ability to respond to executives quickly and efficiently.
Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have at least three years of experience working in an office environment.
Have experience and success in office management.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
