SUMMARY

The FP&A Manager leads the financial planning and analysis function of
the business unit. You will coordinate and prepare financial forecasts,
reports, and analyses in support of the Amphenol Critical Medical
Technologies (ACMT) business, working across business functions in a
comprehensive manner. You will have a great deal of exposure to senior
management, with the expectation that operating plans and financial
performance are presented to senior management on a regular basis. You
will be working on a team supporting the commercial growth of ACMT while
assisting in the overall strategic planning process. The role will be
expected to assist with both improvements in information technology
systems and acquisition due diligence/integration. This is an excellent

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Drive the annual strategic plan, annual budget and monthly/quarterly
forecast processes.

Analyze key business unit metrics such as volume, mix, price,
productivity, FX and inflation.

Prepare business unit bridges for all key financial line items for
both forecast and historical reporting.

Support ACMT General Manager and Director of Finance with the
scheduled deliverables to and ad hoc requests from Corporate including,
but not limited to, monthly business reviews (MBR), quarterly business
reviews (QBR), monthly Presidents Letter, and Annual Operating Plan,
weekly financial pulse updates, and month-end sales and OI commentary

Drive and support continuous innovation with digitization of
financial reporting. Further enhance existing PowerBI usage and scope of
reporting and linkage to SAP

Support product line reporting and work with product line managers
and their teams

Work with ACMT Business Unit General Manager and Finance Leaders to
identify and understand opportunities, drive objectives and address
risks

Lead, manage, and develop the business unit FP&A policies and
procedures.

Business unit administrator for corporate reporting tools including
BPC, lease query, PowerBI and others.

Utilize a broad range of financial experiences by participating on
projects that span across a variety of financial disciplines (e.g.,
planning, analysis, strategy).

Assist with due diligence and integration of acquisitions

Make improvements to internal and external financial reporting and
analysis each quarter based on “voice of customer” input

Drive and participate in process improvements and lean manufacturing
initiatives as identified and support special reviews.

Streamline and automate monthly close and forecasting processes

Appraise the effects of the economy and competitors on the
organizations opportunities

Analyze capital expenditures and other investment opportunities as
requested

Help drive success of business intelligence tool investment,
specifically on integrity of data and alignment with organizational
areas of focus.

Report, forecast and analyze HQ costs and HQ FP&A. Work with business
unit functional leaders on forecasting and annual planning their
department budgets. Proactively complete variance analysis and provide
insights to leaders

Consult and support ACMT HQ departmental functions

Lead accounting and FP&A functions for medical headquarters
ledgers/entities.

QUALIFIC TIONS

5 years of experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing
environment.

5 years of experience using ERP (SAP) systems. SAP, preferred.

5 years of experience in producing and analyzing plant/business
unit/division metric reporting.

5 years of experience in standard cost accounting, variance
analysis, bridging, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and presenting to
executive required.

Continuous Improvement mindset. Formal program experience such as
Green Belt/Black Belt Training or Lean – Six Sigma experience is
preferred.

Advanced computer skills; ERP system (SAP), consolidation tools
(BPC), Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with programing/designing Power BI reports .

Experience in global business, strong cross-cultural communication
and collaboration skills.
