Job Description:
As a Financial Services – Customer Service Professional, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors.
The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products.
Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.
You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.
This position is full-time, contract to hire, and offers benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and weekly pay!
Schedule: Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Monday – Friday
Hybrid – 3x onsite/week and 2x remote/week
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
College degree HIGHLY preferred but not required
Tech-Savvy

2 yrs in a client-facing service-oriented role, communication skills, digital and multi-tasking capability 8 different systems.
