Summary

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for collecting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting on financial data between systems. They will need to verify, schedule, and prepare journal entries using bookkeeping software. Create and process invoices, accounts, and payments. Ensure coordination of financial data between various systems while our team works towards full system-to-system integration.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists other finance and accounting departments to process, analyze, audit and report financial data

• Collect and enter data from multiple systems/resources

• Providing accounting support in maintaining inventory records, tracking and purchasing records throughout the procurement process.

• Participate in semi-annual and annual physical inventory.

• Assist in new vendor set up and vendor training on Freeman’s Coupa portal.

• Ensure and measure master data integrity

• Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records

• Participate in ongoing training on integration and knowledge of database

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience in similar role

• Three (3) or more years performing similar duties

• Proven ability to manage financial data

• Working knowledge of Procim and SAP is highly preferred
