Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
An organization with locations domestically is currently seeking a qualified aircraft mechanic for the Van Nuys, CA location. Responsibilities include performing general to complex maintenance tasks on assigned aircraft and related systems, executing aircraft mechanic duties that require a strong level of repair knowledge and troubleshooting, examining, disassembling, and inspecting engines, parts, or other components for wear, warping, breaks, leaks, or other non-conformities or deficiencies, and reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
