Technician

Description:

Looking for a technician to go out to their construction sites and service, inspect, clean, and install equipment. This candidate will install your complete exterior building maintenance system, including: stabilization systems, outrigger systems, and davit systems, Roof anchors, horizontal lifelines and full guard railing as well as all safety equipment necessary to meet OSHA regulations and keep workers safe.

Must have:

-Experience with basic hand and power tools.

-Be Comfortable with heights:

-Roof anchors, horizontal lifelines and full guard railing experience is a plus

-A candidate who has extensive construction and swing stage experience.

Skills:

Construction, General labor, Install, Carpentry, Hand tool, framing, power tool, Installation, electrical, troubleshooting, framer, wiring

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

7:00am-4:00pm. Monday – Friday .

-Someone that has experience with rental swing stages, able to build a scaffold, rigging experience, a high rise painter.

-Able to lift and carry 80lb concrete bags up and down flights of stairs.

-Must have experience with hand power tools, must have experience working with wood, steel, concrete, epoxy. Able to put on a harness.

-Training: Basic tools can be trained -Don’t need to have any of their own tools, will be primarily using company tools

PPE (shirt, vests, sweat shirt)

Candidate will need to provide proper pants and steel toe boots.
