Technical Program Manager

Job Description

One of our largest national retail clients is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their data center project team. This role will be focused on infrastructure and data center optimization. This TPM must ensure the high-quality delivery of program deliverables that meet the needs from requestor by collaboration with cross-functional implementation teams and organizational leadership. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions on time, working with and interpreting large amounts of data, developing reports.

Skills and Requirements

-5 years of technical program management experience managing large scale and cross functional programs

-Ability to communicate with engineering teams and executive level leadership

-Proven track record of delivery and ability to ramp up quickly

-Demonstrated understanding of technical documentation, cloud program management, and infrastructure terminologies

-Previous work experience within data center infrastructure and cloud infrastructure build

-Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, ServiceNow, & Nlyte (data center inventory management tool) -Technical understanding of infrastructure storage, server, and network null
