Note: The hourly rate for this position is $65 – $80 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site labor

Execute plans and schedules

Responsible for quality control and daily inspections

Must maintain and share daily logs, photos, and updates with the team

Communicate daily with subcontractors, project manager and contract admin

Identify and minimize bottlenecks before they occur

Must understand and follow the terms of our construction contracts and subcontracts

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site

Manage and receive material deliveries

Work with office administration as needed to support documentation

Find creative solutions to problems

Must be aware of and meet deadlines

 Qualifications:

5 years in construction supervision in high-end residential field

Ability to read, interpret and manage changes to architectural/finish plans and specifications

Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and quality control

Must be able to manage subcontractors and understand and implement best sequencing

Excellent organization, time management and detail-oriented skills- ability to use good judgment for decisions

Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability maintain a calm and respectful demeanor

High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Sage, Plan Grid and other scheduling software.
