What’s a typical day as an Associate Director? You’ll be:
Provide expertise in Coaching Excellence, supporting competency development and adoption across sales and field coaching teams.
Implement the Coaching Excellence framework within US and Affiliate Commercial Learning & Development, enhancing sales competency models and linking training strategies to data.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to define performance outcomes and the required behaviors, skills, and knowledge for different roles to achieve those outcomes.
Work with external vendors to update training curricula or design new global content, incorporating interactive techniques to maximize learning and retention.
Lead regional and local training activities after global training development, ensuring alignment with Gilead’s core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and inclusion
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or
Master’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or
PhD with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Demonstrated program and project management expertise, with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of driving results and influencing others without direct authority, while effectively navigating complex challenges.
Executive-level presence with outstanding written communication skills.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, encourage collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
