Greet visitors, vendors and suppliers as needed. 

Stock office with office supplies, snacks and beverages and work to ensure a pleasant working environment for all employees.

Business event planning and coordinating activities related to a migration to a new building. 

Maintains employee security badges

Leads the onsite activities team with a focus on diversity equity and inclusion initiatives and being a culture champion.

Oversees business card ordering.

Primary point of contact for on-site meetings including coordinating meeting location and catering.

Responsible for supporting office administrative tasks such as expense reports for department heads and office supply purchasing and any other tasks on an as needed basis.

Purchasing and Accounting Support: request PO’s in Coupa purchasing software platform.

Demonstrates and promotes the company vision

Regular attendance and punctuality

Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Performs other duties as assigned

Provides cross-functional support to other departments, as required

Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements

Basic Minimum Qualifications: 

2-5 years of office administration experience handling administrative, accounting and office management related tasks.

Authorization to work in the US for any employer, indefinitely, without sponsorship

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

Strong organizational skills and ability to shift priorities

Desire to and experience with business event planning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related Field

The Schedule is M-F.
