Job Description
The Estate Planning Attorney leads our legal team, oversees day-to-day legal operations, and ensures the firm delivers high-quality legal services. The role requires leadership, legal acumen, and operational management skills to ensure the organizations objectives are met efficiently and ethically. This role will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, provide expert legal
advice, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement the firms strategic goals. The role requires 1650 annual billable hours and some travel within California.

Skills and Requirements
5-10 years of experience in estate planning
Experience working with high net worth clients
Must be comfortable giving presentations to clients
Must be licensed attorney in state of California
Must hold JD degree from an accredited law schoool Familiarity with Salesforce, Practice Panther, Ring Central & the Microsoft Suite is a plus
Experience with litigation and discovery is a plus null
