Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in the medical device sector, specializing in catheter assembly. In this role, you will use small hand tools such as tweezers and razors, adhere to all Quality Policies and Systems, and maintain accurate records including Lot History Records (LHR). You will be required to process small parts under a microscope, consistently meet the average cycle time and quality standard of 400 units a week, and maintain an acceptable level of attendance including scheduled overtime. You will also need to maintain a professional work relationship with other team members and cross-functional groups, flex and rotate to other stations as necessary, and follow safety policies and practices, escalating any issues related to product quality or workplace safety. Adherence to 5S principles and goals is also required.
