Overview: Serve as the project management leader for the assigned site, responsible for developing the annual capital plan, monthly forecast, cash flow analysis, and safe execution of individual project plans.Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Project Development Program for an assigned account.
Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data with clear assumptions.
Oversee and administer rolling project schedules and develop team project forecasts.
Develop project scopes (reliability) and project charter development.
Standardize processes throughout the campus.
Establish communication strategies with all team members, including Client, Facilities Manager, and Project Stakeholders.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with occupant organizations, facilities management, information systems, service providers, and leadership of various represented personnel.
Establish a line of communication with managed facility occupants.
Attend executive meetings to communicate and represent client requirements.
Coordinate, execute, and implement necessary works for immediate building functionality.
Monitor and participate in project status reviews.
Assist in risk mitigation related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, scope, and ongoing business operations.
Verify and administer detailed project budgets.
Present findings to Client for review and approval.
Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria meeting both JLL and Client needs.
Partner with Project Management Office and Controls to develop KPIs for measurable, data-driven program management.
Hold project delivery teams accountable for meeting or exceeding KPI target goals.
Verify metrics and reports before submitting to the client.
Implement governance structures.
Determine requirements for implementing modifications.
Assist with business development.Required:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (preference for Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).
7-12 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, furniture, and space planning concepts.
Ability to review and interpret plans and specifications from schematic designs through CDs.
Experience managing all aspects of construction projects (budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients.
Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and manage priorities.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to achieve project goals.
Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead individuals across a national platform to deliver superior results in client service.
Fully competent at managing all types/sizes of projects.
Strong working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
Proven track record of results and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with landlords, developers, and institutional owners.
Continual development of skill set in project management technology tools.
