Direct Care Positions

DIRECT CARE POSITIONS Since 1983 Baroco has been providing Day Services
to adults with developmental disabilities. Baroco has both part-time and
full-time Direct Care positions available in our Massachusetts sites in:
Agawam, Hadley, Pittsfield, Springfield and West Springfield. $20 per
hour Part time – 27.5 hours per week, 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Full time ? 35 hours per week, 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday ? Friday. All
regular Staff receive 24 paid PTO days and 9 paid holidays for a total
of 33 paid days off per year. No weekends, nights or major holidays.
Partially paid Health and Dental Insurance and a 401K plan. We welcome
applicants from such fields as: Human Services or Health Care, Certified
Nursing Assistants, CNAs, Personal Care Attendants, PCAs, Home Health
Care Aides, HHAs, Patient Care Associates, and related positions.
