served. Responsible for providing comprehensive supports to individuals
including accessing and maintaining employment in the community. DUTIES
INCLUDE: – Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their
personal growth striving to obtain their goals – Provide workplace
assistance to individuals so they can grow, earn a living wage, and
experience all other benefits associated with employment
SKILLS/ABILITIES: – Patience – Effective communication skills – Passion
for helping others QUALIFICATIONS: – 18 years of age or older – Valid US
drivers license and ready access to a vehicle – HS Diploma/GED or one
year experience in related field – Complete all initial background
